For efficiency, fairness and to maintain high standards of services provided, we at Midtown Wireless Limited have a repair policy for all our clients looking to have their electronics fixed by our firm. Kindly note that this policy will be applied to every client and will not be bypassed for anyone.
Here is how the repair process will go according to our policy:
Your device needs to be brought in for diagnostics. While our technicians are conducting this, you will be asked to make payment for a non-refundable fee for the product you are getting repaired. The prices are phones and tablets at $75, laptops at $150, gaming systems at $300, and finally LED TV between $250-$450 depending on the TV set’s size.
Please note that all these fees are deductible from the final cost of your services. All the final costs of the services rendered are subject to revision by Midtown Wireless Limited, as the customer’s information determines them.
